www.peapod.store is owned and operated by Bob Ross, Inc. All orders ship from the United States.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia). At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. If your address falls outside our shipping area, no shipping rate will be available at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
Carriers and Delivery
Orders ship via USPS or UPS, selected based on package size, weight, and destination. Typical transit time is 3 to 7 business days after shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is a flat rate based on your order subtotal before tax. The exact cost for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
